House Restumping Geelong is a referral service run by Vertial Holdings Pty Ltd. We aren’t a restumper, a builder, an engineer, the Building and Plumbing Commission or the council, and we don’t do restumping, reblocking or underpinning.
The information on this site is general. It isn’t professional advice about your house. The signs we describe can have more than one cause, and only an inspection tells what’s happening under a particular house. Rules change, so we link to our sources and give the date where we can. We don’t publish prices.
The restumpers we refer enquiries to are independent. They’re responsible for their own inspections, quotes, work and warranties.
Links to other websites are for your information. We don’t control those sites.
Nothing on this site limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
